About Creating a Virtual Environment into a Directory with pyenv
By default, pyenv creates virtual environments in ~/.pyenv/versions/, but you can also create them in your preferred directory with:
$ PYENV_VERSION=3.10.0 python -m venv venv
$ source ./venv/bin/activate
